Beware of that extra "nuclear" hot sauce Little Caesar's uses on their wings......trust me, I've been paying the price for several hours now! :-(

Need to get the cams back up....can't believe how many people have been asking me when the webcams would be back online. Should be VERY soon!

Watching the Veep-candidates debate, although I am Libertarian, I have to score 'em this way: Cheney - 1 Lieberman - 0

Good grief.....
Milosevic! Do your people have to pelt you with sticks and stones and bring your country to its knees in their protests before you figure it out?! Be a man, accept the fact that you were defeated and STEP DOWN !!!!

Random thought......
If government and bureaucracy are notoriously inefficient and impotent in managing their own affairs, how can MORE of their meddling in OUR lives possibly be a positive force in OUR lives ?!! If they were held to the same standards and laws as the citizens they claim to represent, we would have no government......they'd all be in prison. What sort of "politician" do I respect? The person who genuinely WANTS to help and make a difference but remains on the "outside" because they know that the real force of change would be squelched by the venerated bureacracies the moment that person became an "insider." It's all about maintaining a problem for the long term (they call that "job security") rather than solving it and then losing your rallying-cry. After all, a lingering problem's RALLYING-CRY equals RE-ELECTION. Duh!

Random thoughts........
If we possess the power to individually change our own life and destiny, WHY don't we exercise that power ?? Life is what we actively make it.....or through inaction allow it to become.

I SO can't wait until Friday. This has been an incredibly long week for some reason.....guess that'll make this another one of those 9-day work weeks. :-( Nature of the beast, I guess.

Oh yeah......
Just dug out a CD I haven't listened to in a while: "The White Room" by KLF (for the uninitiated, KLF is derived from "Kopyright Liberation Front".......really !) and just soaked it in.......good stuff! Now for some Limp Bizkit and "Candyass" by Orgy, then top it all off with some Portishead.... Oh, a friend of mine (sprattoo) turned me on to this great group, "Lords of Acid"......just hafta get that CD for myself! That whole CD really ROX !.

Political or apolitical........
The more I see these ridiculous electoral advertisements on the tube, the more disgusted I become at the whole process.....and WHAT a choice we have (read that a VERY sarcastic, "what a waste......."). Arguing about when and how to argue (debate) each other.....is it any wonder nothing of any real consequence (other than waging wars for the sake of OIL) is ever accomplished?!

Current Mood: annoyed
